To be extra healthy, you can dip slices of cucumbers or carrots into this salsa to avoid all the carbohydrates and sodium associated with traditional tortilla chips. So, here’s what you’ll need: 4 chili peppers, 1 large white onion, juice from 2 limes, 8 ripe and firm tomatoes, a large bunch of fresh cilantro (coriander), 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, a dash of salt.
